Crystalline Equine | Mindfulness with Horses in Dubai

Please read this document carefully before participating in any activities with Crystalline Equine. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with equine activities and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that interacting with horses involves inherent risks and dangers that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can eliminate.
I understand that horses are unpredictable animals and may react suddenly to sounds, movements, or objects. Their reactions can include, but are not limited to, kicking, biting, rearing, bucking, striking, running, trampling, or stumbling.
I acknowledge that these behaviors can result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death to myself or others.
I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

2. Physical Condition & Medical Release

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical or mental condition that would prevent my safe participation in these activities.
I agree to inform Crystalline Equine staff of any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the session.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Crystalline Equine staff to secure emergency medical treatment for me. I agree to assume all costs of emergency medical care and transportation.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Crystalline Equine, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and the host facility from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activities.

4. Safety Rules & Compliance

I agree to strictly follow all safety rules, instructions, and protocols provided by Crystalline Equine staff.
I understand that wearing closed-toe shoes is mandatory.
I agree to refrain from any behavior that may startle or provoke the horses or endanger myself or others.
I understand that Crystalline Equine reserves the right to terminate my participation at any time if my behavior is deemed unsafe.

5. Media Release (Optional)

I grant Crystalline Equine permission to use photographs or video recordings of me taken during the session for marketing and promotional purposes.
If I do not wish to be photographed, I will explicitly inform the staff upon arrival.

6. Acknowledgement

I have read this Liability Waiver & Release, fully understand its terms, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it (electronically or physically).
I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
