Welcome to Crystalline Equine. By accessing our website and booking our sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or via verified official communication channels.
  • Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked rate.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
  • If Crystalline Equine must cancel a session due to weather, horse welfare, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

3. Safety & Conduct

  • Participants must wear appropriate closed-toe footwear (sneakers or boots) for safety.
  • Participants agree to follow all instructions given by the facilitators and staff regarding interaction with the horses.
  • Crystalline Equine reserves the right to refuse service or ask a participant to leave if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disrespectful to the horses, staff, or other participants.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Working with horses involves inherent risks. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before their session.
  • Crystalline Equine is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the sessions or on the premises.

5. Media & Photography

  • We respect your privacy. Photography is allowed but must not disrupt the session or distract the horses.
  • Crystalline Equine may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us upon arrival.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
